Thoughts and prayers are with you. Great memories of pinochle games! Vince and Arden always had a wisecrack or two when Mary Jane and I were ahead! Rest in peace dear friend.
My prayers and thoughts to each of you. I saw and visited with Arden at a party held at the golf course in New Rockford. I had some of the kids in school at St. James in the early 70’s and I was back in the early 80’s. Audrey and I were in the same grade as an elementary student. I also worked under Michael when he was in the Diocesan Office. In any case God bless each of you as you morn the loss of Arden. Ralph Dyrness (Jerry to some of the older ones)
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Jean and all of your family.
So sorry for the passing of Arden. He was a kind and gentle man and always brought smiles and laughter to my family! He will be missed! Heaven gained an angel! May he Rest In Peace!❤️🙏🏻😇
Arden was such a kind and gentle man! I loved hearing him tell stories of his younger days.
He made so many wonderful things out of wood which are truly treasures to keep. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
My deepest sympathy to all of the Nygaard families. I only met Arden twice; when Daryl and Angie got married and when their son Nick was baptized, I’m Nick’s godmother..Peace Be With You and prayers to all…Share the memories which being a huge family have many..
My sincere sympathy and condolences to you Mike and to your whole Nygaard Family for the loss of your father, Arden. My, what a great family that your father, Arden and your mother, Mary raised! All must be so proud of such fine parents. When you think of Twelve…it’s a significant number, like the 12 Apostles, the 12 Tribes of Israel, but the 12 Nygaard Children were created/raised by Arden and Mary in a similar fashion as Mary and Joseph raising Jesus. Quite the legacy and life that everyone would marvel at.
May God bless you and keep you near to his heart, for his yoke is easy, and his burden is light.
Arden was a much loved Uncle of my husband Jerome Nygaard we lost both Jerome and Arden in one week sad time for the Nygaard famlies
My prayers go out to the entire family. Arden will be remembered and missed by many.
I am so very sorry for your loss! Hearing this news made me very sad, although I’m sure Heaven rejoiced in his arrival, and his mother was waiting with open arms. Arden was such a patient, gentle, caring man and I am blessed to have known him and call him my friend. You lived well my sweet friend….may you rest in peace with Jesus! 💕✝️
So sorry to hear about Arden. He was a sweet man who loved to visit. I enjoyed seeing the things he made of wood when he came to the Club. He will be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers to the Nygaard families. Our families grew up on the same street in New Rockford during my school years. Arden was a soft spoken and kind, thoughtful gentleman. During their younger years, Arden and Mary Jane and my parents, Barney and Maxine Byrum plus several other couples, spent lots of good times together. God’s blessings on all of Arden’s children and families.
So very sorry for your families loss. My dad, John Eldon Nygaard always spoke highly of Arden & the stories he has shared have been wonderful to hear.
