Amanda Ronnie-Schrader
Amanda Jo (Schrader) Ronnie, age 32, of Kensal, ND, passed away peacefully on the morning of March 14, 2022.
Amanda Jo Schrader was born on February 5, 1990 in Jacksonville, FL. She was the second child of Jayne Wain and Jeffery Schrader. She acquired the nickname “Scooter” at a young age, because she would get on her bike and scooted around wherever she needed to go. Amanda lived in Florida until the age of 6 years and then moved to Virginia for a short time. She then moved to North Dakota and has been here ever since with her mother, stepfather, and sister. She was always a happy child and had a big heart; she would go out of her way to help anyone. She graduated from Jamestown High School and worked for the Anne Carlsen Center for 13 years and more recently Alpha Opportunities.
She enjoyed doing her hair and nails, shopping with her friends and family, and going on family trips to Michigan. She really loved to take naps; as a child and as an adult. She had a love for dancing and participated in Just For Kix during her elementary years. Her pride and joy were her two daughters; Jayme and Zoey. Amanda was very creative and always had fun arts and crafts for her daughters and nephew to complete.
Amanda is survived by her daughters, Jayme and Zoey; mother and stepfather, Jayne and Robert Wain; father, Jeffery Schrader; sister, Julia (Mike) Wentland with nephew Hunter; grandmother, Doris Wolsky; aunts and uncles, Rhonda Wolsky, Jeff (Nancy) Wolsky, Carolyn (Jim) Kastella, Chris Schrader, Penny Wain, and Gloria Wain; numerous cousins; and very special friends, Denise Jensen, Linda Wentland, Gina, Cody and Michelle.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ernest and Joan Schrader; and Jerald and Marlene Wolsky; step-grandparents, Robert Sr. and Betty Wain; uncles, Jay Wolsky and Scott Wain; and aunts, Dawn Lyons, Jerilyn Wolsky, and Kriston Tucker.
Amanda’s Visitation will be Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 3:00PM-4:00PM followed by a Funeral Service at 4:00PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Kensal, ND.
Her Burial will be at the Kensal Cemetery at a later date.

Family and friends, my heart breaks for all of you. Amanda was a genuine soul. I really enjoyed her posts on Facebook, it made me feel connected. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I met Amanda when we both worked at ACC … she was just a bright 18 yr old and had a silly loving and captivating air to her.
In the time there we made so many memories that faded from my mind until today.
So many silly, true to Amanda moments that keep erupting from my memory bank.
Cheery chap stick, Miss Independence, half a happy meal and so so much more.
It’s so funny how those moments sneak up on you when they have faded away. You my girl will be missed by so many you gave beautiful smiles to.
I will miss this beautiful soul. She was an amazing person and I am so heartbroken. I can’t believe she is gone. I will miss my dear friend. I am praying for her family.
Sorry for your loss I never knew your daughter but I’m a good friend of Jeff’s . I know she will be missed.

Amanda showed a passion for life as a young teen. We are so sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace. She has left you all much too soon. Her beautiful smile and twinkly eyes will brighten Heaven now.

Amanda, was my childhood best friend. I have not been in touch as much through our adult lives, but it was always good to see her. I have always thought she was a very strong, dedicated, and loving mother. She would help anyone if they needed it. She always had a funny comeback in conversation. Though she had been through a lot in life she stayed positive, and that was uplifting. She will be greatly missed, she left a little too soon. My thoughts are with the family at this time. Keep each other close and try to remeber the good times. She would want it that way. Rest well friend.

Amanda was such a caring, loving person,her daughters Jayme and Zoey. I could see that Amanda was their hero. the three of them shared a special bond. .I didn’t know Amanda very well in person, I enjoyed getting to know her through Facebook we shared pictures and posts I will miss seeing pictures and hearing about your lives. Amanda was such a sweet person. I had the oppurtunity to spend time when she was just 7 yrs old. She was fun and loving. Was a very happy person. It is so sad that she left all of us to soon. Fly high with all the family that has gone on before you. I know that Mom and Dad also Julia and Mike will take good care of the girls. Know that you will be in my heart forever. Love Aunt Penny
