Yvonne Larson
Yvonne E. Larson, 87, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Golden Acres Manor, Carrington, ND with her daughter Becky by her side.
Yvonne Larson was born on April 12, 1935 to Mabel & Floyd Beach in Jamestown, ND. She grew up traveling with her parents in the surrounding countryside. Yvonne graduated from Juanita High School in 1952. She married Wilfred (Wick) Larson on October 17, 1953 in Moorhead, MN. She lived most of her life in Carrington, ND. Yvonne worked at the Tri County Electric and the NDSU Research Center for 20 years.
Her greatest treasure was seeing her grandkids, which put a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. Much sadness came to her life as she lost her son and her daughter.
Yvonne is survived by her husband Wick, daughter Becky & Dean Zink, son-in-law Robert Miller, grandkids Kirk (Karrie) Zink, Jennifer (Randy) Volk, Aaron (Stacie) Larson and Travis Larson; great grandkids Oakly & Kenzie Zink, Brooklyn & Wyatt Aberle, Jensyn Zink, Niko Zink, Gannon & Maija Engebretson Volk, Indya Volk, Jore Volk, Brandon (Nicole) Larson, Parker Larson and Morgan Larson; great great grandkids Adeline Yvonne Aberle, Ellie Ann Larson and Jackson Jay Larson; in-laws Diana Beach, Birdella Beach, Larry & Debbie Larson, Jerome & Sandra Eli, and Sharon Risgaard.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son Steve Larson, daughter Cindy Larson Miller, brothers Merle Beach and Bernard Beach and sister Rose Marie Nihill; brother-in-law Jack Nihill.
Yvonne’s Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 9:30AM -10:30AM followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30AM all at Evans Funeral Home, Carrington.
Her Burial will be at the Carrington Cemetery.

May your many good memories bring you peace and comfort. I have many memories of Yvonne at coffee parties with my mom, I can still hear her laugh. Thinking of you Wick and Becky at your time of sorrow.
