I knew Beulah mostly from eating her great cooking for several years at the Sheyenne school. She was a very kind, friendly, and generous lady! Her turkey chow mein was to die for! She knew how much I liked it and would always give me lots. And I ate every bit of it. Great lady!
I loved my Aunt Beulah because she made you feel so special by always taking time to talk to everyone at our family gatherings and there were a lot of people! Beulah is definitely a role model with being so kind, patient, selfless, and a happy person even when she did not have it so easy in life. She was such a sweet lady and a good cook and baker! I am so glad that I had Beulah in my life and I will miss her and her lovely smile! Blessings to you and your family. Love, Laurie Westby

The Bjugstad/Phelps family was so fortunate to have Beulah in our lives. She was beautiful, kind, generous, loving, strong and had a good sense of humor. There are are stories that go with each of these qualities. We are grateful for the time she spent with us. We thank her family for sharing her with us.
Thanks to Beulah and to her family for the love and care they extended to Wilmer.
Beulah was a gift to us.
