Winfield Andrew Chaske Jr., of Crowhill, N.D. passed away on January 12^th, 2022 in Minneapolis, M.N. Winfield Jr., is the third oldest son of Winfield A. Chaske Sr., and Evelyn (Lincoln) Chaske. JuneBuggs was born and blessed us with his presence on August 18, 1971 at Mercy Hospital in Devils Lake, N.D. and was raised in Crowhill, N.D.  JuneBuggs attended school at Four Winds, Wahpeton and Sheyenne High School. He acquired his G.E.D. and attended heavy equipment classes and become certified. JuneBuggs loved working construction and heavy road equipment jobs all his life. JuneBuggs loved all sports; his favorite was basketball and played for the basketball team while attending Sheyenne High School. JuneBuggs was an artist and utilized his artistic skills when called upon.

JuneBuggs had the best sense of humor and brought the medicine of laughter and happiness to many people while he walked this earth. JuneBuggs enjoyed life, liked to tease and crack jokes. You would know when JuneBuggs was around, because people would be smiling and laughing. Making people laugh and smile brought a smile to JuneBuggs.

JuneBuggs will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and we can bet he is making the Angels laugh now. We love you and Doksta Ake JuneBuggs.

Winfield’s Wake will be Thursday, 5:00PM-7:00PM followed by a Rosary Service at 7:00PM all at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael, ND.

Friends wishing to join the procession from New Rockford to St. Michael may gather on the St. Jerome’s road, Fort Totten, prior to 4:15PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael, ND.

Family requests that attendees wear masks and gloves.

His Burial will be at the St. Jerome’s Catholic Cemetery, Fort Totten, ND in the spring.
