Dawn Demarrias, 51, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Regions Hospital, St. Paul, MN.

Dawn Marie Demarrias was born November 20, 1970, the daughter of Louise Demarrias and Roger Cavanaugh in St. Paul, MN.  She was raised and attended school in St. Paul, where she lived all of her life.  Dawn enjoyed traveling during the time she spent trucking.  She was a member of the Spirit Lake Nation.  Dawn loved hummingbirds.

She is survived by her children in St. Paul, MN; her mother, Louise of Sisseton, SD; her father, Roger Cavanaugh of Devils Lake, ND; a cousin, Roman Cavanaugh of Ft. Totten, ND; aunts, Katherine Howard of Ft. Totten, ND and Delta Nelson of Minneapolis, MN; and many other surviving relatives.

Dawn’s Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2022 from 9:00AM – 10:00AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM all at St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael, ND.

Her Burial will be at the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, St. Michael, ND.
