RIP my friend and mentor. You gave Steve and I so much in life, lessons that I was proud to tell you in person of what it has meant in our lives. We didn’t know it at the time but you weren’t just teaching us a trade, you were teaching us how to cope with real life, and what it takes to succeed. You gave us the ability to do anything we wanted in life, as were weren’t afraid to tackle anything with vehicles, and this also came to our daily lives. So many times we handled decisions that we never had to make before, but we had the skills that we were taught at a very young age. I will always appreciate this. LOVE YOU
We spent many hours working on the race car and then to the races. Many late nights and a whole lot of miles. My condolences to Charlotte and families.
Howard was a good friend during my Carrington years. My sympathies Charlotte and family
My condolences Charlotte and family. Howard was always a positive person with a great smile to back it up and a funny story to make all laugh. Many fond memories of all the pool games we played in the league and at the state tournaments. Many past friends will have the tables racked up and waiting for new stories for you to tell.
Thinking of you Charlotte and family. Howard was a great guy, and Larry really valued his friendship, and pool shooting abilities…they made a great twosome!!! Take care…the memories will be wonderful…he was so loved by all his friends and the community. He will be dearly missed!❤️
Charlotte and family, Thank you so much for keeping me in the loop about Howard. Ken really enjoyed getting together with the two of you. I know you will miss Howard like I miss Ken. As I told you please give me a call whenever you want or need. Dottie

My deepest sympathy to you Charlotte and your family. Was nice playing pinochle with you and him at the fair pinochle tourney. May he rest in peace. God Bless
Our sincere sympathy to Charlotte and family. May you be blessed with many wonderful memories.
I was saddened to hear of Howard’s passing. Although we hadn’t seen each other for many years I certainly have great memories of racing against him through the mid to late 70’s, he was a great guy and a good competitor. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends.
Charlotte and Family my prayers and sympathy are with you all, Howard was a very good person and boss, he taught me so much working at custom auto and enjoyed working with him and will never forget him, he was the mentor in my life, he always took his employees under his wing and now he has his own wings. Thank you Howard for everything you taught me and RIP.
Charlotte and family, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. Hopefully the memories will get you through.
I always enjoyed the visits at the Elk’s Club. My favorite was when you and Charlotte were celebrating your wedding anniversary. We played music on the jukebox from the era you were married. There might have been some dancing going on for the occasion! RIP Howard
