Wayne and I are sending your family our thoughts and prayers. Leander was talented in so many ways. Thank you for sharing him with all of us. Wayne Burgard and Sharon Fors.
I think the hardest part of losing someone isn’t having to say good-bye, but rather learning to live without them. Always trying to fill the void, the emptiness that’s left inside your heart when they go. I hope there is some comfort in the gathering of family and friends to celebrate Leander’s life.
Although I will not be with you in person, at the prayer service, or graveside service, I am there in thoughts and prayers.Leander was a much loved brother-in-law. Kermit and I spent many trips with him and Janice and many visits to each others’ homes. Wonderful memories!! Leander will be deeply missed by many.

So very sorry for your loss. I wish I could have been there for the graveside service. I will always remember chatting with him at my dad’s funeral; the fact that he and Dennis came that day really touched me. Hugs to all of you.
Jeremy, Tiffany and family we are so sorry for the loss of your Grandfather I know he meant the world to you.
We are so sorry for your loss. Your family is in our hearts and prayers. Leander seemed such a gentle soul. May he rest in peace and may your faith, friends, and great memories help ease your pain at this very difficult time.
my many memories spending summers on the aunts and uncles farms are deeply cherished. The city with its contrast and complexities still strive for simple pure hard working culture but such peace and relaxation abounds. It is special with Walen family most definitely
