Message: My warmest thoughts and prayers are with everyone on this day. Uncle Herb was unreplaceable. My best memories of growing up is the trips to North Dakota loved the smell of the earth, the little frog's popping up when it rained, looking for barn kittens. The rides on the tractors, trips with Uncle Herb to town, Church and the rides to see the Buffalo. And most of all his smiles. Love and miss you so much!

Message: To all attending Herb's service, you are in my thoughts and prayers. To all who knew Uncle Herb and are taking the time to read my note now, we know he was special! And he made us better people spending time with him.. My first ever plane ride was in his, taking off in the back field with Arnold sitting right next to me. I'll never forget it, and I've loved airplane rides ever since. Thank you Uncle Herb for showing me the sky, and teaching me about the land.
