Message: I was honored to have met Harley through Civil Air Patrol several years ago. We shared a lot of common ground through CAP but also on many other topics. I am very saddened to hear of his death.

What I remember most about him was his quiet manner and his wonderful smile, as well as his intelligence and willingness to talk to everyone.

Our friendship was brief but I'll always remember our conversations and what I learned from him.

With regards,
