Bonnie C. Kliem, age 82, of Carrington, ND, died Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at Golden Acres Manor, Carrington, ND.

Bonnie Collette Delger was born November 12, 1932, in Bowdon, ND, the daughter of Harold and Eleanor (Peterson) Delger.  She grew up and attended school in Bowdon.

Bonnie married Roy Kliem on December 20, 1953, at Carrington.  They made their home in Carrington.  She worked as a telephone operator and as a waitress at Hotel Café, before going to work at Golden Acres Manor in the kitchen for 25 plus years.  Roy Kliem died on March 18, 2004.

She was a member of a local homemakers group and enjoyed the many activities involved.

Bonnie is survived by 14 children: 2 sons from a previous marriage, Larry (Sheila) Larsen, Bowdon, Dean (Mavis) Larsen, Carrington; Duane (Michelle) Kliem, Doug Kliem, Ginger (Paul) Skadberg, Doran Kliem, Georgia (Jay) Hendrickson, Gail Kliem, all of Carrington, Gwen Carr, West Fargo, Dale (Janell) Kliem, Mandan, Glenda (Dan) Adams, Fargo, Gay (Bryan) Leapaldt, Leeds, Gerrie Kliem, New Rockford, Devin Kliem, Medina; 28 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Berty (Gerald) Klocke, Carrington, Betty Mertz, Bismarck, Becky Hagseth, Robinson, and two brothers, Lynn (Lila) Delger, Bismarck, and Lee Delger, Bowdon. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy, parents Harold and Eleanor Delger, one infant granddaughter, one infant great-grandson, and one infant brother.
