Forever loved, forever in our hearts – Isaac Mallard. Isaac began his earthly journey June 7, 1934 at Fort Totten, ND, he began his journey to the Spirit World on Monday, March 10, 2014 in Grand Forks, ND.
Isaac Mallard, son of Ben and Louise (Whiteshield) Mallard was born June 7, 1934 at Fort Totten, ND.
Isaac liked doing bead work, making his dancing outfits, fixing lawn mowers, going to the Casino to play at the black jack tables, visit his elder buddies and friends, and also enjoyed traveling to pow-wows. He worked at the Spirit Lake Casino in housekeeping and at Sioux Manufacturing Corporation.
He was a champion old style grass dancer and loved dancing for his people
Isaac was survived by his son, Raymond Mallard, St. Michael; grandchildren, Derrick, Trey, Alyssa, Mary and Robert Brown Sr., many nieces and nephews, ex-wife Elizabeth and stepchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Louise Mallard; brothers Sebastian and Raymond; sister Lucy Mallard Whiteshield and niece Viola Brown.
