Message: Rest in Peace Don---I couldn't wait for summer to come so we could go over to Don and Sharon's to pick up Lady--man I loved that horse. Don never ever said Hello to me--he just made a horse sound!!  Even in church if we were sitting close to him he would make horse sounds.  Then I would get in trouble for laughing!!  Then one time on a vacation trip my mom and Sharon were in the back seat--Don, dad and me in the front seat.  My mom was sleeping and her mouth was wide open so Don talked me into putting some of his chew in her mouth--I will never ever to that to anyone again.  But he laughed so hard!!!  You will be greatly missed Don!!!

Message: Don's picture doesn't quite jog my memory as I remember Don & I riding around Carrington in his well-kept Chevy.  That was many decades ago.  I remember being at the Nichols farm when Allen & Nettie still lived there.  We got to know that road south of Hwy #200 to the Nichols farm quite well. I haven't seen Don for many years.  But that doesn't erase the memory of him being a hard worker, a good friend and someone I wanted to be with and around.  May his family know that Don was considered a good person, honest, kind, considerate and a good person to know.  Our heartfelt sympathies also to Janice & Walt.  Also two good people who we have fond memories of.  A previous commitment prevents our funeral attendance. May God bless Don's memory.
