Dalayna Pierce
Dalayna Pierce, age 43, of Carrington, ND, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Dalayna Lynn Graham was born May 11, 1974, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Roger and Judy (Noyes) Graham. She grew up at Price, Utah, where she graduated from Carbon High School. In 1996, Dalayna married Zane Rice in Price, Utah. One son, Dylan, was born to them. They later moved to Minnesota. She began working at Dakota Growers Pasta Company in Carrington in February 2010. On September 4, 2010, Dalayna married Wade Pierce in Carrington. She was currently employed as an inventory clerk at DGPC. Dalayna was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, gardening, and most outdoor activities, as well as listening to music. Family was important to her, and she enjoyed spending time with her son, and her nieces & nephews. Dalayna loved her dogs, and currently had “Harley”, “Buddy” and “Scout”. She is remembered for always helping people in their time of need. Dalayna is survived by her husband Wade of Carrington; her son Dylan Rice of Carrington; step-children Bailey Pierce of Fargo, Amber Pierce and Logan Pierce, both of Carrington; her parents, Roger and Judy Graham of Apache Junction, AZ; two brothers, Blain (Renee) Graham of Elk River, MN, Tyrrell (Heidi) Graham of Clearwater, MN; two sisters, Stephanie Bazel, West Des Moines, Iowa, Allison McGrann of Albia, Iowa; 29 nieces and nephews; and all of Wade’s large family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and by aunts and uncles.
