I am amazed at Robin's strength and wished I had her story during the time I was going through domestic violence. Message: My son and I sat watching Robin's documentary. My son learned compassion for her struggle. He was able to see our lives in Robin's and understands now how hard it was for me to be a single mum, Today I watched myself in Robin, working hard to save my children and exhausting myself to make it. Today Robin reminded me everything is ok as long as my children are safe and we are together. I wish I were there for Robin to be a friend I think she really needed one and it may have made the difference. You taught me so such sister, you taught me forgiveness, you taught me to find my inner strength and use my voice.  You taught me about true love and friendship, you taught me that family didn't have to be blood.  I will miss you everyday that I awake and take a breath.  I will always treasure the buckskin dress you made, you will always have a place in my home and my heart.
