Connie L. Rademacher age 58, of New Rockford, ND died Sunday August 3, 2014 at her home.

Connie Lorraine Holbert was born November 26, 1955, in Britton, SD, the daughter of Howard “Bud” and Audrey (Carlson) Holbert. She grew up there until moving to Parshall, ND, where she attended school and graduated high school in 1975. She then attended NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND.

Connie was united in marriage to Anthony “Tony” Rademacher on April 7, 1978, at her parent’s home in Parshall.

They lived in Williston, ND, where she worked at McDonalds until 1985. They moved back to Tony’s home community of Anamoose, ND, and then later moved to Garrison, ND, where she worked at a nursing home. In 1989, they moved to New Rockford where she worked at Rockford Café as a cook for 18 years. Connie worked at NABC for a time, and then started at Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd where she was currently employed in the food service department.

She enjoyed sewing and doing cross-stitch, and she also loved her pets. She was a member of Circle Trail Riders, and enjoyed camping and fishing. Connie is remembered as always being willing to lend a helping hand. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church.

Connie was survived by her husband Tony Rademacher of New Rockford; 3 children, Christina “Tina” Hilbert of Cooperstown, ND, Corey (Shannon), Fargo, ND, Jamie (Delaine), New Rockford; 3 step-children David, Ashland, WI, Lori (Steve) Kuschel, Cohasset, MN, Carin (Jason) Bellile, Ashland,WI; 13 grand-children; her mother Audrey Holbert of Spokane, WA;  two brothers Mike (Angelia) Holbert, Woodbridge, VA, Steve (Heidi) Spokane, WA; and one sister Joanne (Robert) Diffely of Plaza, ND.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, and one sister Debbie Walsh.
