Frank Tomahawk
Frank Alfred Tomahawk Jr., age 55, of Fort Totten, died on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Frank was born September 12, 1962 to Frank and Josephine Tomahawk in Devils Lake, ND. He attended school in Fort Totten. Frank lived in Bismarck for 8 years and then returned to Fort Totten. Frank has two children, Keith Tomahawk and Lisa Tomahawk. He enjoyed basketball, cleaning, sewing & ironing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Frank was always smiling and liked to tease family and friends. He loved walking outdoors and being a part of nature. Frank is survived by his son Keith Tomahawk; daughter Lisa Tomahawk; grandchildren, great-grandchildren; sisters Joyce Peltier, Tammy Allery, Delphine Longie, many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Frank Tomahawk, mother Josephine Tomahawk Sr.; 2 brothers and 4 sisters; granddaughter Kiara Green, niece Janel Spottedbird; and nephew Franklin Spottedbird.
Wake: Monday at 5:00PM with Vigil Service at 7:00PM all in Fort Totten’s Recreation Center, Fort Totten. Friends wishing to join the procession from New Rockford to Fort Totten may gather on the St. Jerome’s road, prior to 4PM. Mass of Christian Burial: Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 10:00AM in Fort Totten’s Recreation Center, Fort Totten. Burial: St. Jerome’s Cemetery, Fort Totten. |
