William B. Carr
William “Bill� Carr, age 70, passed away February 17, 2012, in Bangkok, Thailand, after a short battle with cancer. Bill Carr was born on July 10, 1941, the youngest son of Joe E. and Lucy Carr in Carrington, ND. He grew up on a farm near Bordulac, ND, and attended school in Bordulac, graduating from high school in 1959. Shortly after graduating, Bill moved to California and was employed by a construction company. His work took him to many foreign countries and he worked on six continents. Bill was a horizontal drilling supervisor. Bill is survived by his son, Ricky (Karla) Carr, Brock, TX; two grandchildren, William Chance Carr and Cydney Kae Carr, both of TX; one brother, Don (Lydia) Carr, Carrington; two sisters, Mary Ann (Virgil) Barthel, Bordulac, ND, and Judy (Dick) Ziemba, Apache Junction, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Maurice; and an infant sister, Jean.
